We begin a potential work relationship with an informal meeting, at no obligation to you. At this meeting, we’ll assess the situation together. I listen carefully to get a sense of how you live and move and work in your home, what you like and don’t like, and what’s important to you. I enjoy working with people with diverse needs and budgets. Following this meeting. I’ll present a preliminary ballpark estimate, along with a rough design concept. If the estimate and design concept are approved, we’ll work out a payment plan and schedule, and we’ll refine the design until we both feel it is ready to build. I feel it is important to keep lines of communication open. I will supply drawings, mock-ups and samples as necessary to convey the details of the design and construction. Questions are always welcome.
